Stevens’ Realty & Management is a well-known and highly regarded real estate company within West Virginia. Debbie Stevens, broker/owner established the realty company on September 5, 1995, in Parsons, WV where the main office remains today. Stevens’ also has a branch office in Canaan Valley, at Land of Canaan. In addition to Debbie, Stevens’ has six Realtors with over 125 years of combined real estate experience to assist you with your real estate needs.

The Stevens’ Realty Team is highly credentialed and experienced in all aspects of real estate. Most of the team has served or is currently serving on the Elkins Randolph Board of Realtors or the WV Association of Realtors or both, to include Debbie, who currently serves the Elkins Randolph Board of Realtors as the Regional State Liaison to the West Virginia Association of Realtors.
