Stevens’ Realty & Management is a well-known and highly regarded real estate company within West Virginia. Debbie Stevens, broker/owner established the realty company on September 5, 1995, in Parsons, WV where the main office remains today. Stevens’ also has two branch offices in Canaan Valley, one at Land of Canaan and the other at Black Bear Resort. In addition to Debbie, Stevens’ has six Realtors with over 110 years of combined real estate experience to assist you with your real estate needs.
The Stevens’ Realty Team is highly credentialed and experienced in all aspects of real estate. Most of the team has served or is currently serving on the Elkins Randolph Board of Realtors or the WV Association of Realtors or both, to include Debbie, who currently serves the Elkins Randolph Board of Realtors as the Regional State Liaison to the West Virginia Association of Realtors.

Debbie Stevens - Broker/Owner
Deborah R. Stevens, “Debbie” began her real estate career in 1993. In 1995, she established Stevens’ Realty & Management in Parsons, WV. Debbie became a Real Estate Broker in 2006 and has expanded her business to both Belington and Canaan Valley, WV. Notably, she has been recognized for her masterful business skills as she was selected for Broker of Record for both Black Bear Resort and Land of Canaan both highly desirable resorts located within Canaan Valley. Debbie serves as State Liaison between the Elkins Randolph Board of Realtors and the West Virginia Association of Realtors serving Realtors both on the local and state level. Debbie is active within her community and region.
She was a past member of the West Virginia House of Delegates for District 46, introducing key legislation and building alliances between the private sector and government officials. Stevens’ Realty and Management has been recognized by the Inter Mountain Newspaper Readership Survey as “Best in the Region” for 2008, 2009 and 2010. Debbie has been personally recognized by Ruritan National in 2007 for Community Service and in 2015 for “Business Person of the Year” by PRO-On-Track in Parsons.
She has served as a Director on several local boards and the Tucker County Development Authority. Her over 25 years of real estate experience and her many successes as an extremely gifted Realtor, business person and entrepreneur demonstrate her passion and love of taking care of both buyers and sellers with the utmost professionalism and care.
Virginia “Ginny” Marsh/ Phyllis Carr
Ginny Marsh
Ginny Marsh began her real estate career in 1984. After much success, she joined Steven's Realty & Management in 1995. In addition to her real estate career, she is the owner of Mountain View Appraisal Service providing excellent service to the region. Ginny also ran a tax preparing business and has expertise in finance. Her multilayered expertise is a perfect combination to assist both buyers and sellers alike in real estate process. Ginny's continued 34 years of real estate success is attributed to her being fair, honest and believing that her word is her bond which translates into many happy sellers and buyers.
Phyllis Carr
Phyllis is also a realtor, who like Ginny believes in being fair, honest and that her word is her bond. Phyllis is walking ,talking wealth of information on anything Tucker County! She has been highly involved in the management of the Tucker County Fair , for decades. Phyllis's clients rave about her and her one on one customer service! Phyllis has volunteered her time and experience to serve on multiple positions for the Elkins-Randolph Board Of Realtors.
Kathy & Larry Knight
Branch Manager & Realtor/Military Designator
Kathy and Larry Knight joined Stevens’ Realty & Management in June of 2018. Kathy has been a Realtor for over 20 years working in both Maryland and West Virginia. She holds a Graduate Real Estate Institute designation, Accredited Buyers Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Resort certification. In addition to her RN, she holds bachelor’s degrees in business and behavioral health. Prior to moving to Canaan Valley, several years ago, Kathy was an advanced practice RN for the Department of Defense and still serves as an American Red Cross volunteer for disaster relief. Kathy is currently an appointee for Strategic Partnership for the West Virginia Association of Realtor’s Woman’s Council and President of the Elkins Randolph Board of Realtors (ERBOR) serving Randolph, Tucker and Barbour counties.
Larry was a career Army officer, a senior manager at Booz Allen Hamilton and a Division Director for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency before retiring and becoming a Realtor in Canaan Valley. Larry is a current member of the ERBOR’s Board of Directors. Larry holds an Associate Degree in Law Enforcement, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Administration. Our philosophy is simple, we handle your home as if it were ours and believe that we don't have clients, just new friends and neighbors.
